📦 Processing and dispatch times

Delivery by Colissimo and Chronopost :

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm: same-day dispatch.

• Orders placed after 3pm: dispatch the following day.

• Orders placed at the weekend: dispatch on Monday.

Delivery by Mondial Relay :

• Orders placed from Tuesday to Saturday before 10am: same day dispatch.

• Orders placed after 10am: dispatch the next day.

• Orders placed at the weekend: dispatch on Tuesday morning

🚚 Tracking your delivery

Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track the delivery of your parcel online.

The standard delivery method is Colissimo with tracking, delivered without a signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. La Poste usually delivers within 2 to 3 days. Delivery is also possible by Chronopost or Mondial Relay.

To Belgium, France and Luxembourg, we offer Mondial Relay. This specialist mail-order carrier groups together deliveries to partner retailers, which enables it to offer very attractive prices. That's why if you choose delivery to a relay point near you, postage is free for orders of €43 or more!

Free delivery: minimum order value :

🔁 Returns

Return costs are covered in the following cases:

• Error on our part,
• Defective product,
• Excessive delivery time,
• Lack of clarity in advertising or documentation,
• Or any other case in which we acknowledge direct or indirect liability.

In any other case, exercise of your right of withdrawal, order error, sale of the equine, moving house, cessation of competition, etc, reimbursement of postage costs may be required.

🔁 Satisfaction guarantee

If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with the use of one of our products, the first copy purchased will be refunded in full on simple call without you being asked to return it. Within 30 days, the return of other copies is free of charge.
