Lanceolata plantain helps to :

Dosage

10g par jour pour 100kg soit 50g par jour pour un cheval moyen.

3 semaines par mois + 1 semaine de pause. Refaites une cure le mois suivant si nécessaire.

Vous pouvez également utiliser le plantain comme ingrédient pour vos propres mélanges.
